[m-users.] Mercury packages on Debian 8 (jessie)

Hi.

I'm updating the Mercury packages.

For the 14.01.1 version of Mercury GCC 4.8 is required.  I build this
package for the current version of Debian (9) which does not have GCC 4.8 (so
it uses reg.gc grades), and the old version (Debian 8) which does.

I made a mistake (https://github.com/Mercury-Language/packaging/issues/3) so
I'm rebuilding these packages.

Is anyone using Mercury 14.01.1 (current but fairly old Mercury) on Debian 8
(old Debian) or Ubuntu 16.04?  or shall I just not build new ones.  I can
leave the existing ones online.
