Our hosting provider will be migrating our VPS on October 23rd, 2015 after
20:00:00(PDT) -700  mercurylang.org will be unavailable during this period.
mercurylang.org has backup DNS and e-mail servers which will delay, and not
reject, any e-mail set to mercurylang.org addresses during that time.

The time window starts:

    Oct 24th, 2pm AEDT
    Oct 24th, 3am GMT
    Oct 23rd, 8pm PDT

It is estimated that mercurylang.org will be unavailable for no more than 2
hours within a 5 hour window beginning at the above time.
