[m-users.] CSHARP grade for .Net Framework 2.0

Hello.  I just compiled Mercury 13.05 for the CSHARP grade.  It produced a mer_std.dll which requires .NET Framework 4.0.  Is there a flag to compile for .NET Framework 2.0 (as in previous releases)?
