[mercury-users] Mercury website downtime.

The Mercury website, FTP site and public CVS repository will be down from 10am
Australian Eastern Daylight Time (GMT+11) on Wednesday the 2nd of March for
electrical testing.

I don't know how long the testing will last but I hope it will be no more than
an hour.
