[mercury-users] Mercury bug tracker e-mails.

I discovered that the bugtracker had a backlog of e-mail it had tried to
send since early April.  I"ve now unclogged it and many people would
have received some old and possibly out of date e-mails.  Appologies for
any confusion this may have caused.
