[mercury-users] Retracted my "fixes" to xml lib; updated utils lib

Dear all,

I had an old version of the mercury-extras xml lib (circa 0.12)
that didn't compile with the latest compiler, so I incorrectly
stated that the library was broken and posted fixes on my website
at http://www.logicaltypes.com.

I'm sorry for my mistake.

I have corrected that post, and moved my xml enhancements to my
utils library.
