[mercury-users] Documentation for io module.

Hi.

I think that the documentation for io module is lacking some vital information.

I've just spent some time debugging my code, as I didn't know what
could be a possible problem. It turned out that io.read_line_as_string
is actually returning the line together with the newline character,
which came as a big surprise to me.

I think this fact should be reflected in the documentation, especially
that other languages I've been using don't leave the newline in the
result, which is usually much more convenient.
