[mercury-users] Please update documentation web page

Dear all,

Your documentation page (http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/research/mercury/information/documentation.html)
has the current release documentation for 0.13.0, not 0.13.1.  Would you please
provide the 0.13.1 documents (which should contain rtree in the library doc)?

Also, this page has the snapshot documents as of only 2006-10-16.  Would you please provide
up-to-date ROTD documentation (which should also include rtree in the library doc)?
