Dear Ralph,

Great!  Thank you for the RNG.  Is it better than the "Mother of all
RNG" supplied as module rnd in qcheck?

And, to be clear, I'm generating these randoms for testing purposes,
so the "real randomness" isn't a serious issue; just a nagging one.
