Is -O0 included inside the generated mgnuc shell script?

I've tried building rotd-2007-08-16, which has a boehm gc that supports 
Intel Macs. However, the gcc-3.3 that I built does not appear to work 
very well, and it produces assembly language errors on some files, so 
I'll either have to try mainline gcc-3.4.5 or Apple's gcc-4.0.
