If you are interested in using the IL backend of the Mercury compiler,
than I wouldn't bother using 0.11.0 the latest snapshots have
substantially better support for the IL backend. So I suggest you try
building from a snapshot instead.
I haven't built the IL backend in quite a number of months, let me know
how the build goes.
