Two binary distributions of 0.11.0 for Windows are now available
on the Mercury web site, at
<http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/research/mercury/download/release.html#binaries>.
One is a Cygwin version, the other is a Cygwin to Mingw cross-compiler,
i.e. you need Cygwin to use it, but the code that it generates is native
Windows code that does not need Cygwin.
I would appreciate feedback on these binary distributions.
