[mercury-users] mdb search path for sources (with no emacs)

I think this should be added to a bugs/wishlist file.
Currently there isn't in general enough information to determine full
file name.  I think examples are if the same filename exists in multiple
directories, particularly when using a custom mapping between module and
source file.
