[mercury-users] ICFP results

Well,

In the lead are OCaml, C, C++, Java, SML, Haskell, Forth, Python, Perl,
Lisp, Dylan, Scheme and Smalltalk, with Mercury coming in at 49th and
50th.

Congratulations to all who participated; please tell me the results turned
out this way because we were all so busy trying to code up sockets support
that no one had time to implement an intelligent strategy :)

(Time to add socket streams to the standard library, perhaps?)
