[mercury-users] c2init / ml

Hi,

When configuring the binary distribution of mercury-rotd-2002-02-07, both 
ml and c2init end up with two lines near the start like this:

# include the file `parse_ml_options.sh-subr'
@PARSE_ML_OPTIONS@

which has to be replaced manually.
