I think that one is caused by a name clash and the change that you
suggested earlier, namely
> edit mercury_bootstrap.h and do a #define MR_NO_BACKWARDS_COMPAT above
> the #ifdef MR_NO_BACKWARDS_COMPAT
will fix that.
