Probably not.  Most of those benchmarks were micro-benchmarks that
Mercury 0.5 already generated good code for.  Although we have added
a number of optimizations since then, most of them (e.g.
better code generation for floating point operations, specialization
of higher-order code, etc.) related to areas that that set of benchmarks
does not test.
