[mercury-users] New format for Mercury Helper

I enclose a gzip'ed tar which contains the seven html files and sundries
which form the framework for the Mercury Helper. My purpose for sending
this is to get further feedback so that I don't waste any effort 'barking up
the wrong tree'.
Regardless of the framework, my other concern is that I don't have a long
history with logic languages (as I've said before). Whilst I have enough
background in imperative languages (having written two compilers for 4GLs),
I fear that my language to describe Mercury concepts may be a little too
'woolly' for some tastes. I am happy to continue however, providing those
who know better can continue to correct when appropriate. Having said that,
while this document should certainly be correct (in its use of terms and
references and even in 'culture'), my hope is that it doesn't turn into
something that it unapproachable - just for the sake of correctness and the
precision of the language.
In précis: I'm offering a few hours a week to continue working on this
document - as long as people can put up with a few winces here and there,
can forgive me for these(!), and can provide the correction when necessary.
