I've taken account of most of the feedback I got last week.  Still
plenty left to write and please keep the criticism coming.  Here's
what I've currently done:

5.Determinism and Backtracking 
6.Modes and Instantiation 
7.Clausal Form and Unification

I've put in HTML links to the library docs where necessary.  This is
still rough stuff and needs lots more hyperlinking, organisation, etc.
