Making Mercury code conditional on the grade?

Please ignore my last mail.  I was actually hacking the compiler, and what I
*should* have been wanting was the grade being generated by the compiler,
rather than the grade the compiler was compiled with (which is what my last
last mail was asking about).  Since then I've found out what I need to know
(globals__lookup_bool_option/3), so I'm happy.
