The second CD (committee draft) is currently going through the ballot process.

I have a copy, and if anyone wants to review it for the purposes of
standardization, then I can forward them a copy.
This is basically the last real chance to make any significant changes.

Once the CD has passed, there are another one or two more rounds of ballotting,
if I have the details of the process correct: an FCD (Final CD) ballot,
and then an FDIS (Final Draft International Standard) ballot, which is
just a yes/no vote with no comments allowed.
