transformation stuff and ISO Prolog

Too many people were able to define exactly what it should do,
but the definitions were not quite the same :-)

That is not the whole reason however. Such transformation stuff was
considered part of an environment rather than of the language itself - same
reason why an interactive toplevel and debugging were left out of
the standard.
