Thank you, that is useful. It confirms that even for C# and Java grades,
the current install location is wrong, and tells me what the right one
should be. I will send a diff with the updated location, and with installs
in that location being done in all of compiler/make.library_install.m,
scripts/Mmake.rules and ./Mmakefile, in the next day or so.
