[m-rev.] diff and for info: remove submodules from two non-package modules ...

... and include them in their parent package instead.

The diff is trivial, but you will probably want to do mmake realclean
before mmake depend to clear out files that refer to the moved modules
under their old fully qualified name.

OTOH, you may wish to wait with that for my next diff, which will
do the same with analysis.m, which is the last module in the compiler
that still contains both include_module declarations and actual code.
