I am afraid while REVIEW.term2 told me *something* about the
"setting up" that I was querying, it did not tell me *enough* to allow
me to update that comment in a useful form. What is the difference
between the .*opt file format and the format used by the analysis?
What is the reason for that difference? Where are the two versions
stored?

I think it be simplest if you updated that comment yourself.
