[m-rev.] diff and info: instrument make.deps_cache.m

Later today I will add code to use the two new caches that
this diff adds, but first I wanted to get stats for the current code,
so I could compare it with stats we will get after that change.
Note that two of the caches have quite low hit rates, though
of course they may still be worthwhile.
