The C# bootcheck finished with 281 unexpected test case failures, which is
almost double the number I remember from the last time I did a C# bootcheck
(which was more than a year ago).

Can anyone tell me what the current baseline number of unexpected test case failures
are for C# and Java, so I know whether 281 represents a regression or not?
testing.mercurylang.org does not have that info, and I can get it myself only by
having my laptop work on nothing but that for half a day.
