[m-rev.] diff: split up mlds_to_java.m

There are no algorithmic changes, and the principle was agreed
when I split up mlds_to_c.m earlier, so this does not need review.

Everyone will have to manually remove ml_backend.mlds_to_java.*
manually after pulling this diff, unless you do a realclean before
the pull.
