The upgraded collector is available in rotd-2018-01-09.  I've tested on
OS X (10.11) and it seems fine; I'll check Windows over the next few
days.  If you have something running Alpine Linux available (or anything else
using the musl libc), could you please check that the rotd-2018-01-09
source distribution works on it and let me know.
