Hi Zoltan,

there is a Firefox add-on called „HTML validator“. It’s homepage says „Both algorithms are embedded inside Mozilla/Firefox and makes the validation locally on your machine, without sending  HTML to a third party server.“

This might be an option or a starting point to search further.
