[m-rev.] diff: split_parse_tree_src.m

This change only moves code, it does not alter code.

The only review needed is whether the name of the new file,
split_parse_tree_src.m, can be improved. I will address
any comments about that post-commit.

I plan on making several similar changes in the near future.
I will do a more comprehensive update of notes/compiler_design.html
when I am done splitting up modules.m.
