I suggest encouraging public discussions, and moving away from the
private mercury@ and bugs@ addresses completely.

Also, we really don't need to list the contact details so many times,
everywhere.  Not that you need to go back and delete all the places, but
the new web site needs similar treatment, and it would be best to just
link to the contact page.
