[m-rev.] Feedback about new website

I'm asked in IRC for any feedback on the new website.  One person had a
misunderstanding about Mercury's use of the GPL license.  This shows that
the website over-simplifies the licencing of Mercury.  It says we use a GPL
licence without saying that the libraries and runtime are LGPL
(non-copyleft) which, under other circumstances, would have made him avoid
using Mercury.

I suggest that we check the website for all cases of this oversimplification
and correct it.

Also note that Boehm GC is distributed under yet another license (it looks
BSD-ish to me).
