Yes, the current version (before my changes) is already online at:
http://www-new.mercurylang.org

I don't want to make it the main design just yet, but I would like to once
we're confident that it's at least as correct (in content) as the old site.

I wanted to put it online with a different address like this so we can check
it easily.
