I'd have to trawl the mailing lists, but I've seen yourself and peter wang
often include 11.07 in the branches string, maybe in most cases it's a force of
habbit.
In some other cases I think it was a feature that was requested by G12 or
Mission Critical and therefore will get to the users quicker if it's on the
release branch.
I'll let you know if I see any more.
