Our "policy" is that the 10.04 branch should be maintained in working
order until the next release.  That means bug fixes and documentation
improvements involving supported features of 10.04 should at least be
considered for the branch.

The ssdebug grades are a part of 10.04.  The addition of
--enable-ssdebug-grades option provides consistency with the other
grades.

The remainder of this change is essentially a documentation improvement
that addresses an issue with 10.04 as well as the rotds.
