Why bother with a 10.04.1,  Anyone who really wants access to new features at
the risk of those features introducing bugs can use the ROTDs.  If they want
the new features without the risk of bugs then they can wait 6 months.  We
should only bother with 10.04.1 if we have some serious bugfixes to distribute.
