Here it looks like solns.exp3 needs to be updated with the new output.

Here I think we need to add a new expected output, because there are
extra events in the output caused by the fact that the library is deep
traced in decldebug grades. Alternatively we could just not run this
test in decldebug grades.

This test should not be run in decldebug grades as it is testing a
feature that isn't supported in those grades.
