Unless you make the threadscope grades ones that are installed by mmake
install then the later won't happen.  ``mmake install'' does not install
*all* grades, it installs a preselected set of about nine.  At least
initially the user should have to ask for the threadscope grades to be
installed, e.g. by either specifycing them manually or having an
--enable-threadscope-grades option to the configure script.
