[m-rev.] ssdb version 1.0 misstakes fixed

I have backed this change out as, among other things, it broke the
compiler.  In particular:

* r1.12 of compiler/ssdebug.m:336 has a syntax error
* r1.173 of library/private_builtin.m reformatted that module in a way
   that was not consistent with our coding standards.
* r1.7 of analysis/Mmakefile commented out a line with no explanation
   of why?

In addition to this, the log file for this change was not committed along
with the files.
