[m-rev.] diff: replace `export' with `foreign_export'

Use `pragma foreign_export' instead of `pragma export' throughout
the Mercury distribution.

Convert more of the extras distribution to four-space indentation and
other minor cleanups.

There are no changes to any algorithms.
