[m-rev.] diff: upgrade to version 6.5 of the Boehm collector

Upgrade the version of the Boehm collector we are using.

boehm_gc/*:
	Update to version 6.5 of the Boehm collector.  The primary
	reason for doing this is that the version we were using,
	gc6.3alpha2, did not support x86_64s properly.

The diff is in /home/mercury/juliensf/tmp/GC_6_5.FINAL.
I won't post it here because it's very long and boring.
