Until I finish my changes to make performance acceptable, developer only.
After that, general use by the small minority of users who work with
such predicates. I'll provide proper documentation then. The reason
I haven't do so already is because I have been thinking that it may
be a good idea to turn on mode checking by clauses automatically for
any predicate defined by more than a given number of clauses, that
threshold being configurable of course. However, I don't think I can
make an informed decision on that until my changes are complete.
