[m-rev.] diff: import only one module per line

compiler/*.m:
	Change a bunch of modules to import only one module per line, even
	from the library.

compiler/mlds_to_il.m:
compiler/mlds_to_managed.m:
	Convert these modules to our current coding style. Use state variables
	where appropriate. Use predmode declarations where possible.

The DIFF is incredibly boring and 300 Kb; it is in ~zs/tmp/DIFF.mar21.ws23
if anyone wants to see it.
