I've compiled both hlc.gc and asm_fast.gc libraries with this code. I
only had to make the expected changes to mercury_builtin_types.c for
hlc.gc, however for some reason in asm_fast.gc the type_ctor_info gets
output twice in builtin.c. Needs further investigation.
