OK, I've added "Note however that the name of the tests directory doesn't
include the grade, so you might also need to use --no-test-suite (see below)
for this to work." at the end of the documentation for --gradedir.
So now it reads as follows:

 |         --gradedir <grade>
 |                 Same as '--grade <grade>', except that it also causes
 |                 the grade name to be included in the names of the stage 2
 |                 and stage 3 directories.  This can be useful if you have
 |                 lots of disk space and want to run bootchecks in several
 |                 grades at once.  Note however that the name of the tests
 |                 directory doesn't include the grade, so you might also
 |                 need to use --no-test-suite (see below) for this to work.

I will go ahead and commit this now, but if you have any suggestions for
improved documentation wording, I'll be happy to follow up on those.
