The thing which would be most interest is the interdiff between the 
following two diffs:
(1) the diff between the main branch and the reuse branch, before the merge
(2) the diff between the main branch and the reuse branch, after the merge.

In theory, that should be relatively small.

However, interdiff seems to be a big buggy and often falls over for
complicated diffs, so this might not work.
