Oops, I just noticed that the log message didn't quite match the diff
that I posted.  The diff included some changes to mps_gc/code/lii4.gmk
and mps_gc/code/protlii3 which were not mentioned in the log message
and that I do not intend to commit.  It also included a change to
mps_gc/code/mpsi.c which I do intend to commit, so I'll fix the log
message as shown below.
