tests/invalid/foreign_decl_line_number.err_exp3:
Add expected output for the `--high-level-code --use-subdirs'
case. This is similar to the output for the
`--high-level-code --no-use-subdirs' case, except that
the bit about `in file included from "foreign_decl_line_number.c"'
is `in file included from "Mercury/cs/foreign_decl_line_number.c"'.
