I think it's ok, but it doesn't solve the entire problem (e.g. non-gcc
backends), and it would be good if we could document this deficiency
somewhere.

Our other option is to consider mangling system header files that we
rely on (so math.m always generates math__mangled.h or something).

The change itself looks ok.
